1.Yen Robinson Lighting is dedicated to your total satisfaction. If you have any suggestions or comments please email us through the contacts page.2. Orders are subject to a postage and packing charge.
3.We currently only accept cheques or bank transfer as a method of payment.
4.Breakages or losses must be notified within 3 days of receipt of goods.
5.If for any reason goods are unsuitable, please return them unused by registered post for an exchange or refund.
6.Lead time will be agreed at time of order. Most lamps require 21 days, seasonal lamps may require up to 11 months.
7.Please obtain a certificate of proof of posting as proof of purchase when returning any items broken or lost during transit. We do not pay for return postage.
8.Exports by arrangement. Please email full address details so we can quote the delivery cost.
9.Each lamp made by Yen Robinson Lighting is handmade and therefore unique. The of the production process for handmade items means that exact patterns,colours and sizes illustrated may vary from the catalogue description.
10. Private policy. Yen Robinson Lighting does not disclose buyers information to third parties.
11. All Yen Robinson Lighting products, provided they are assembled and installed correctly will be deemed to be under warranty for twelve months.
